RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We carefully test our products before they are sent off, ensuring they are the best quality. However, there may be times when you want to return an item to us. If you do need to return your order, please send it to the following address:

Please ensure that your goods are unused and in a perfect, re-saleable condition including the original product packaging.

If for some reason you wish to return the item, then you can simply return within 14 days of receipt. Just ship it to the address above.

We have a right to refuse a refund if we believe that the product is in used condition or if it has taken longer than 14 days to return the item. 

Before our products are sent off they are quality assured to make sure they match the given description. However, if by any chance an item does arrive with a fault or a defect, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please explain the fault and inform us within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will individually work with you to arrange the best way to return your item.

Refunds usually get processed within 5 working days of receipt. However please allow up to 15 days for refunds to be processed during busy periods.



Please allow up to 10 working days for replacements to be delivered.
